Due to changes in speakers and talks, it was possible to shorten the conference by one day. The conference will now take place from March 12 to 16.
If you have already booked your departure for Friday, you can still spend the night in Schöntal Monastery. The rooms are booked until Friday. Please contact Ms. Weigand (mirjam.weigand@3dmm2o.de) if you plan to leave on Friday.
Conference fee
Conference fee is valid for all participants: Professors, Scientific Researchers, Doctoral Researchers, Postdocs, members or non-members of the Cluster of Excellence 3DMM2O and Industry Representatives.

Early Bird tickets are only avilable during the following period: 1 October - 30 November 2022
Please note that there is a limited number of places available, therefore, your registration will be confirmed on first come – first serve principle.
If you register for a double room, you can specify your preferred room partner. Please send an email with the room partner to mirjam.weigand@kit.edu. Nevertheless, the room partner still has to register in the regular way via the registration portal.
Registration includes:
- Accommodation
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages for all conference days
- Coffee and snacks during the meetings
- Conference Dinner
- Social program on one conference day
Payment
Payment is required when you register online. Types of payments accepted are bank transfers (only until the payment deadline) and credit cards (VISA/Mastercard).
All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.
Cancellation and registration fee refund policy
Cancellations by the participant may be made without stating reasons in accordance with the following conditions:
If a notification e-mail reaches the Cluster Office:
- Before December 9, 2022: 100% refund less 50 € handling fee
- Before December 30, 2022: 50% refund less 50 € handling fee
- Before February 10, 2023: 20% refund less 50€ handling fee
- After February 10, 2023: No refund on cancellations
Cancellation should be made in sending a notification e-mail to Mirjam Weigand.
In case of cancellation by the organizer for organizational or other reasons, the conference fee will be fully refunded. However the organizer does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
Any abstract submitted will be deleted once the registration cancellation is finalized.
